Tuesday, March 15

Lesley is the Co-founder of Do More Ag, a non-profit that spans across Canada and is championing the mental health of Canadian farmers. They work towards inspiring and encouraging those who need to seek help and bring resources to the agriculture community.

As a keynote speaker, Lesley discusses mental health within the farming and agriculture community and talks openly about the resources that are available for those who need them. Mental health is very near and dear to Lesley’s heart as both she, and those she loves have had mental health challenges. She suffered from postpartum depression after the birth of her two boys, and her husband lives with anxiety that is mainly attributed to farm stress.

Courtenay DeHoff
Wednesday, March 16

Courtenay DeHoff is a cowgirl turned television personality, keynote speaker and podcast host.

In 2020, Courtenay launched the global brand movement Fancy Lady Cowgirl  after struggling to fit the traditional cowgirl mold. Drawing criticism from those in the very communities she was advocating for, she labeled herself a ‘Fancy Lady Cowgirl’ proclaiming you can be both a little fancy and a little ranchy. Through storytelling and fashion Fancy Lady Cowgirl is working to bridge the gap between urban and rural cultures.

When she isn’t busy working Courtenay loves to travel the world (18 countries and counting) and hang with her world champion bucking bull, Top Dollar. Courtenay is also a former collegiate and professional rodeo athlete.
